eSIM Installation
An eSIM is a digital SIM embedded into a mobile device, allowing you to instantly add another cellular provider or plan without the need to swap physical SIM cards.
eSIM functionality is available on most current mobile devices, including the iPhone 11 through 15, XS, XR, SE 2, Samsung S22 through S24, and various other mobile devices.
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Service > Add Cellular Plan / Add eSIM. For Samsung: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add mobile plan / Add eSIM. If this option is visible, your mobile supports eSIM.

Simply go to the www.worldmobile.com homepage and click on the yellow order button.
After placing an order, check your email (including spam) for a message from worldmobile. For iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan / Add eSIM. For Samsung: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add mobile plan / Add eSIM. Use your mobile camera to scan the QR code of your World eSIM received by email. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the World eSIM installation.
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > World eSIM (located below ‘Primary’) > Cellular Plan Label > Tap on the last row and write: worldmobile > Done. For Samsung: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > eSIM worldmobile.
For iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock > No SIM restrictions. For Samsung: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators. If this option is visible, your mobile is unlocked, and you can use it with the World eSIM / SIM whenever you travel abroad.
One possibility is that your mobile device doesn’t support eSIM. In this case, you can forward the email with the QR code for the World eSIM to a family member or friend and order the physical World SIM. Another possibility is that your mobile device is locked. In this case, you can contact your mobile carrier to request an unlock or use another unlocked mobile device as a Wi-Fi hotspot.
No, the World eSIM can be installed only once on one mobile device. If your phone is lost, you will need to order a new World eSIM. Unfortunately, the credit from the previous World eSIM cannot be transferred.
