For iPhone 11-15 or eSIM-enabled devices, use the World eSIM. For any other mobile device, use the World SIM.

Visit my.worldmobile.com or dial +120 from your World eSIM / SIM to Top up & manage. If you are from the USA, make sure your mobile is unlocked. For iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock > No SIM restrictions. For Samsung: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators. If this option is visible, your mobile is unlocked, and you can use the World eSIM / SIM. Alternatively, contact your mobile carrier to request to unlock your mobile or use another unlocked mobile as a Wi-Fi Hotspot.

World eSIM users: Turn it ON and turn OFF your home SIM. World SIM users: Swap it with your home SIM. Activate Data roaming. For iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > eSIM / Cellular Data Options. For Samsung: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks. For Android: Go to Settings > Tap on Search > Write: 'Roaming' > Always.
